The portions were so big (seriously a small fry filled a to go container) and everything tasted amazing! Wish we lived closer to enjoy it more often! “ I haven't eaten my food yet, but the customer service was so top tier that I needed to leave a review. The owners were so welcoming, addressed me by name, gave me a free cookie, and made sure I had all the condiments needed. They were so friendly and professional. I love them! I'll be back to review the actual food. As promised, I'm back to tell everyone that the food is great! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. And the plus side, they don't skimp on the pickles or onions. “ I have eaten Jack Bs for years not sure why I have never thought to leave a review. But I will say, their sweet potato fries have to be the best I have ever eaten ANYWHERE. I was already 8-10 fries in when I decided to take a photo and the is still a lot for the small order. I always get my chucks with the BBQ/Buffalo mix. Today’s might have been a bit over-sauced, but I can see a lot of people that would think what I prefer as “skimpy.” As a restaurant they probably believe it is better to over do than under. They use a third party for their online ordering but it is very efficient, and they take great care to be on time with what the service says will be available pick up time. They truly deserve all the 5 star rating they have acquired ”
“ I drove three hours to go to a wrestling event in Findlay and found this jewel of a restaurant. The owners were so nice and took great care of me. The chicken chunks in honey hot sauce was off the charts. Add the sweet potato fries for a combo. A 10 meal that I could not finish because the portions were so large. I wouldn’t drive 3 hours to eat here, but I will stop at Jack-B’s every time I am in Findlay from now on. I highly recommend ”

“ Iv been to many mom and pop shops but this takes the cake. The owners are so kind and cool and the food as you can see tastes as good as it looks. They are only carry out and even after a 10 min drive home the food was still fresh. The wings were crunchy the 1lb burger was as juicy as it could be. the fried pickles were some of the best if not best and the Mac and cheese bites were also amazing. One of the most pleasant experiences Iv had with any restaurant. ”

“ This is a take out restaurant only, but amazing food. They have a tender, juicy burger with all the toppings. Note the burgers are good and messy, so don’t get it if you are the driver. Chicken chunks were good for the drive. Fries were seasoned just right for snacking in the car on a road trip. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful as well. Looking forward to going back for the onion rings and cheesesteak sandwiches. ”
